Boost Run signs $525.6m GPU cloud contract with Cohere, with acceptance expected in Q2 2027
Cohere will lease dedicated GPU cloud infrastructure and related services from Boost Run under a $525.6 million contract, with a term of about five years for each rack provided. A portion of the contract value is prepayable, and Cohere is expected to begin accepting the infrastructure in the second quarter of 2027. If Boost Run has not delivered a minimum amount of infrastructure by July 15, 2027, Cohere can terminate and receive a refund of all prepaid amounts. The data centers covered by the agreement have not been disclosed.
